Head of Digital Marketing

This role offers the autonomy to define and execute a digital marketing strategy from the ground up, shaping how companies worldwide discover, trust, and engage with Smart Working. You'll work in a dynamic, scale-up environment where rapid execution and real ownership are the norm -- no red tape, just results.
You'll join a high-performance team that values ambition, drive, and accountability while enjoying hybrid working flexibility (3 days in our London office and 2 days working from home).

What You'll Be Doing
Own the Digital Marketing Strategy: Oversee everything from performance channels to content, SEO, automation, and CRM
Drive Growth: Implement lead-gen campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and email while testing bold new ideas
Build and Lead a Team: As we grow, you'll build a high-performing team -- but be hands-on in the early stages
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales and Product to align marketing strategies with commercial goals
Data-Driven Approach: Track performance and iterate using a full martech stack. Data is your compass

Must-Have Skills
5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth startups
Strategic mindset with the willingness to roll up your sleeves
Proven success in scaling lead-gen and brand awareness in competitive markets
Highly driven, ambitious, and comfortable taking full ownership of your domain
Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability culture
Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and small teams -- with a builder's mentality
Bonus points for experience marketing tech talent, SaaS products, or staffing/outsourcing services
