Gold Tap Training delivers high quality training to it's diverse client base. Our main focus is currently in Health and Safety training and Clean Water industry operations technical training. We pride ourselves in delivering high quality, engaging training which is delivered either remotely in e-classrooms, at our purpose built, state of the art training facility or at our client premises. The Role:



To be responsible and accountable for the curriculum, its development and the high-quality delivery of all programmes at Gold Tap Training.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



1. To develop and deliver a curriculum strategy that addresses the needs of the water industry and allied professions.

2. To ensure through outstanding provision the effective growth, management and delivery of all programs including the successful and timely completion of all apprenticeships.

3. To lead and implement the quality assurance cycle for Gold Tap Training and to ensure a rigorous and comprehensive self-assessment of all provision with impactful quality improvement plans implemented.

4. To be responsible for the teaching, learning and assessment policy and to ensure that good practice is shared throughout the organisation.

5. To be responsible for the safeguarding and PREVENT policies and procedures and to be the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).

6. To be responsible for the development of all trainers ensuring that there is a comprehensive CPD plan for the organisation.

7. To play an active role throughout the organisation as a key senior leader.

8. To deliver training and support for apprentices as required.

9. To support the managing director in writing bids and managing external stakeholders.

10. To provide reports to the Advisory Board on all matters of education as required.

GENERAL DUTIES



1. To take a lead in creating and to promote a positive, inclusive ethos that challenges discrimination and promotes equality and diversity.

2. To line manage staff in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures.

3. To comply with legislative requirements and organisation policies and guidelines in respect to health & safety and data protection.

4. To demonstrate positive personal and professional behaviour as specified in the Staff Code of Conduct.

5. To participate in the staff CPD programme and to undertake training based on individual and organisation needs.

6. To undertake continuing professional development to support our culture of continuous improvement.

7. To meet minimum relevant occupational standards.

8. To keep up to date with the skills required to fulfil the role;

9. To undertake any other duties commensurate with the role as may be reasonably requested;

10. To be responsible for protecting staff and learners from all preventable harm as per Safeguarding procedures.

Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year
