Our client is a rapidly expanding digital bank based in Mayfair, London. They have an exciting role for a full time Head of Finance.

In this role, you will be managing and leading the finance function, ensuring efficient reporting if the financial health of the business as well as helping make business critical financial decisions.

You\'ll be driving process improvement, making sure business expectations are met, as well as collaborating with CxO\'s. We are looking for a proactive individual contributor with a reputation for managing and leading the finance functions in in electronic money and/or fintech institutions, ensuring efficient operations and client satisfaction. You will need to be one-step ahead of requirements and ensure stakeholder and business expectations are met.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate:

- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant or other relevant field.

- Oversee the finance IT system & manage all accounting day to day operations including A/R, A/P, GL, payroll and revenue recognition.

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Proven experience as a financial manager.
- Hands on experience handling general ledger functions and monthly end/year end close processes.
- Drive the financial planning by analysing performance and risks.
- Previous experience working closely with the treasury function.
- Exposure to FinTech and Electronic Money institutions
- Own and drive key initiatives to achieve growth targets
