Description
A fast-growing business services group based in SE London has created an opportunity for a Head of Finance to join the team at a time of growth and development. This role will support the Chief Financial Officer in moulding the direction of the finance team in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the CFO duties will include:-
- Full management of the finance team of around 10 staff
- Coach and mentor the team to embrace growth and adapt
- Streamlining systems and procedures
- Financial reporting and drilling down into profitability, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and review detailed management accounts and reporting to the Directors
- Monthly review and reconciliation of the balance sheet
- Detailed debtor reporting and cashflow analysis
