Robert Walters - Head of Finance - Permanent - West Bromwich (hybrid working) - \xc2\xa355,000 - \xc2\xa360,000 per annum Our client, a national manufacturer, is seeking a Head of Finance to ensure the successful integration of strategic and operational objectives, while implementing a financial strategy that yields sustainable long-term growth.
Key responsibilities of Head of Finance
- Direct and monitor all financial activities of the organisation
- Manage company cash flow effectively
- Provide strategic input and execute financial decisions to promote long-term financial gain
- Advise and collaborate closely with the board of directors on solid financial decision making
- Lead in the planning and management of investments
- Develop and implement company-wide budgets and plans
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Accounts software knowledge
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions
