About your team
The pace of change across our industry, as well as in Technology, is ever increasing. Fidelity continues to invest in modernising its Technology estate whilst evolving our operations and ways working. The Enterprise Architecture team plays an important role in serving the needs of Fidelity by enabling the Business, Technology and Data strategies to flourish and realise targeted business opportunities and value. Enterprise Architecture operates across portfolio delivery and enterprise domains, ensuring there is the right balance between what is sensible for the enterprise and programme specific needs.
About your role



Investment Solutions and Services (ISS) and Global Platform Solutions (GPS) are the two main business pillars within Fidelity, supported by the third pillar, Corporate Enablers (CE), in which Enterprise Architecture resides.
In this role, you will lead the Enterprise Architecture function for GPS, which incorporates our Personal Investing, Workplace Investing, Brokerage and Stock Plan Services businesses. This includes providing thought leadership to Business and Technology stakeholders, directing investment and transformation opportunities to deliver GPS initiatives in line with Fidelity's Technology and Data strategies, work with Technology Delivery on their roadmaps and provide governance.
GPS is on a substantial multi-year change programme and have recently embarked on an Agile transformation, with a reimagined capability model that requires architectural elements embedded into the end-to-end flow, which is what this role will focus on.
About you

You are an experienced Architect who has led globally distributed Architecture or Technology teams, with experience in influencing senior stakeholders. You have experience of Enterprise Architecture, creating standards and frameworks by which an organisation operates. You are up to date on modern Architecture principles and technologies to provide the guidance and thought leadership this organisation requires to simplify, automate and embed architectural practises.
