Background

With an established track record for building quality homes and investing in our local communities, we are excited to recruit for this new role at Golding and appoint a Head of Health & Safety.

What you\'ll be doing

You will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety systems within Golding and providing health and safety advice to all levels of colleagues. You will ensure Golding meets its statutory, regulatory, legal and moral responsibilities for the health and safety of all key stakeholders. You will initiate and oversee a health and safety leadership change programme across the organisation.

More about you. What can you bring?

You will have recent proven experience of working in a health and safety role at a similar level and bringing about culture change within an organisation. You will be a Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner (IOSH) or equivalent and be self-motivated, ability to work autonomously, performance driven and a confident decision-maker

When and where you\'ll be doing it

You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa \xc2\xa375,000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.

Golding Homes\xe2\x80\x99 head office is in central Maidstone where you will be based in our new modern and bright office space which offers creative, collaborative and flexible ways of working. Golding continues to embrace agile working for all colleagues, so it is anticipated that you will also work remotely.
