In addition we deliver game changing market transformation programmes for our clients that change the way they position in the market, how they communicate and how they go to market through re-engineering how they use data, creativity and technology.

Role overview

We\'re looking for a Head of Insight to champion insight across the business, own and drive sales and further evolve our Insight offering. Reporting into our Managing Director, and working closely with our Associate Insight Director, you\'ll work with some of the world\'s leading B2B enterprise technology brands, consulting with them to select the right insights to achieve their goals. The current suite of Insight capabilities includes a range of sector, company and stakeholder profiles, social intent dashboards and B2B intent data analysis, which support Agent3\'s projects to better inform and enable our customer\'s sales and marketing teams.

As Head of Insight at Agent3, you will:

  • Lead the commercial growth and profitability of the Insight part of the Agent3 business, including sales growth success, product/offering development and commercial performance
  • Identify opportunities to grow the Insight business by applying current and new supplier relationships and emerging technologies such as AI
  • Oversee the evolution of the existing portfolio, focusing on better meeting the needs of customers and identify new services which are additive to our portfolio
  • Work closely with the Associate Insight Director to support client services and growth teams with pre-sales presentations and demonstrating Insight solutions to customers, with consultative selling designed to help them to identify the right solutions
  • Help customers get the most from their investments by running discovery calls, then analysing and summarising outputs and playing these back to them Work with the Strategy, Planning and Creative teams to help use Insight in client Campaigns
  • Work with both the Insight production team and client services to ensure the Insight we deliver meets the needs of the customer, remotely and within regular monthly visits to office locations including London offices
You will bring:
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Insight consultancy, project management and/or relevant agency space
  • The skills to drive sales, evolve a capability set, contribute to advising customers on the best approach, to constructively question client briefs to get to the crux of customer needs
  • Experience working across different teams in different locations, and managing relationships, including reporting into senior management
  • The ability to manage and motivate in a collaborative style with a small team of Insight specialists
  • The ability to strategically create new relationships with suppliers and partners to evolve the offering working with the Associate Insight Director
  • A passion for delivering Insight which is both informative but also actionable by clients and colleagues alike
  • Knowledge of B2B Marketing and Account-Based Marketing
  • Understanding of the use of data analytics for marketing programmes would be an distinct advantage
