Role:

Permanent - Hybrid (2 days per week office based and 3 days remote)

Hours:

35 hours per week

Salary:

70,000

Head of IT

to join us at CIM and help to take our tech / digital strategy into the future.


You'll lead our IT team and work closely with people across the business to ensure our digital tools help us (and our customers) do great work--efficiently and securely. You'll be the go-to person for tech direction, helping us get the best out of our systems, partners, and projects.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

Advising the business on where we go next with digital and IT Working with other departments to build and maintain a great digital experience for staff and customers Managing IT projects from start to finish--on time and on budget Leading and developing a small IT team (3-4 direct reports) Making sure our systems are secure, up to date, and compliant Managing our suppliers and making sure we get the best value Translating tech speak into language everyone can understand Keeping an eye on future tech trends and helping us stay ahead

What we're looking for:

Strong IT leadership experience Great knowledge of CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics), I.T infrastructure and cyber security Experience managing projects and teams Good with budgets and IT operations (like asset and supplier management) A strategic thinker who also enjoys getting things done day to day Someone who communicates clearly and works well with others

Good to have:

Know ITIL and IT Service Management Have experience designing digital systems and teams Enjoy helping others use technology to make their work easier
