Your Role

As

Head of IT Operations

, you'll:


Lead and inspire our IT teams across infrastructure, service desk, cyber security, and cloud operations. Develop and deliver our IT strategy, ensuring our technology supports every aspect of the business. Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Oversee information security and compliance with standards such as GDPR, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001. Champion a "cloud-first" approach to deliver scalable and resilient solutions. Manage vendor relationships and budgets to ensure value and reliability. Foster a culture of service excellence -- ensuring our technology empowers our people to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Your Skills and Expertise

Proven leadership experience within IT operations, infrastructure, or service delivery. Strong technical understanding across cloud, network, and cyber security domains. A people-first approach -- with emotional intelligence and a commitment to collaboration. The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to non-technical colleagues. A strategic mindset with the ability to translate technology into business impact. Passion for innovation, personal growth, and developing others.
