Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with Igne's business objectives.
Lead and mentor the IT team, including service desk, infrastructure, and technical architecture functions.
Oversee the management and security of cloud-based infrastructure (primarily Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune).
Ensure compliance with IT policies.
Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.
Person Specification
Proven leadership in IT management, ideally in a multi-site or field-based organisation.
Strong technical background in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and cloud-first environments.
Experience with ITIL practices, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance standards.
Desirable Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Master's degree in IT Management, Business Administration (MBA), or Cybersecurity
