Head of Lettings - Clapham

We're offering a rare opportunity for an ambitious and experienced lettings professional to lead and build a high-performing lettings department from the ground up, under a well-established and trusted estate agency brand in Clapham.

The Opportunity:

Take ownership of the lettings division and drive growth Earn 50% of all lettings revenue Target: build a 250,000 per annum business within 18 months Potential to scale far beyond this - other agents locally generate 1M+ annually Work alongside an experienced, independent estate agency owner with over 1,000 sales to his name
What We're Looking For:

Proven lettings experience, ideally in the Clapham/Battersea/Wandsworth area

Strong local knowledge and network

Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to build something exceptional

ARLA-qualified or willing to work towards it

Living locally is a strong advantage
