Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Lettings to lead our HMO & Student lettings department. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of the lettings process, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving the growth of our rental portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the property market.

Duties

Manage and oversee the lettings team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Develop and implement effective lettings strategies to maximise occupancy rates and rental income. Source New Landlord Foster strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and competitor activities within the lettings sector. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practices in property management. Prepare reports on lettings performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Organise training sessions for staff to enhance their skills in customer service and property management.

Experience

Proven administrative experience within a lettings or property management environment is essential. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively liaise with clients and team members. Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele. Strong organisational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
