What's the role?
This is a group-wide leadership role spanning Biohm and its two newly formed subsidiaries - it reports directly to the CEO/Founder and is part of the SLT. You'll drive brand, communications, content, and campaigns to position us as a category-defining player in each area - supporting growth, product launches, and new market entry.
You'll own the end-to-end marketing strategy, lead a small team, and play a critical role in helping scale Biohm in line with its mission.
What will you be responsible for?
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and lead joined-up, data-led marketing strategies across the Group.
Align brand and growth plans with commercial, product and consultancy objectives.
Shape high-impact engagement and thought leadership programmes.
Brand & Digital
Own brand architecture, messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Oversee website, digital presence and improve performance.
Build media and influencer relationships to grow reputation and reach.
Employer Brand & Internal Comms
Strengthen Biohm's employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
Lead internal communications to engage, align and inspire employees.
Content & Campaigns
Develop compelling content strategies tailored to audience and channel.
Lead multi-channel campaigns--including digital, PR, and events.
Work closely with BD, product, and consultancy team to amplify impact.
Insights & Analysis
Track and analyse performance, market trends and audience behaviour.
Use insights to optimise strategy, content and ROI.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach and develop a small marketing and communications team growing it as necessary.
Champion a collaborative, creative and learning-oriented culture.
What are we looking for?
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on delivery. You will have:
Strategic marketing leadership
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies aligned with commercial goals. Preferably across multiple business models (e.g. product and consultancy)
Brand and digital know-how
- You know how to build brand equity and drive digital presence across web, social, SEO, and content platforms.
Multi-Channel campaign delivery
- Demonstrated success in planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns and events that drive engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
Team leadership in fast-moving environments
- You've managed and grown marketing teams, ideally in start-up or scaling businesses, and enjoy empowering others.
Commercial and analytical acumen
- You're comfortable managing budgets, analysing performance data, and translating insights into action.
Creative content and storytelling skills
- Ability to craft compelling written and visual content that communicates a clear and inspiring brand narrative.
