Role Overview



We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional to take ownership of our sales and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for driving online sales growth through innovative digital and offline marketing initiatives. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets. Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC, Meta Ads and Social Ads. Oversee offline marketing initiatives to complement digital efforts and drive brand awareness. Manage and optimise the ecommerce platform (Shopify) to maximise sales conversion and customer experience. Utilise email marketing tools (Klaviyo) to nurture leads and retain customers. Analyse sales and marketing data to measure performance, report on KPIs, and refine strategies. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Oversee the management of external marketing agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective delivery of campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Essential Skills & Experience



Proven track record in ecommerce sales and digital marketing, with evidence of hitting and exceeding targets. Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, PPC, Meta Ads, Social Ads, and affiliate marketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Experience managing teams and/or external marketing agencies, providing clear direction, feedback, and support to ensure high performance and successful collaboration. Experience developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
