They are celebrating an incredible 10 years - their shows now run in 45 cities, delivering up to 35 events per week to over 1 million customers annually. With limitless energy, ambition and creativity, they're not slowing down - and they're looking for someone to bring that same drive to take them to the next level.
The Role
The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the full marketing and brand function for Bongo's Bingo. This is a pivotal, senior role that blends strategic thinking with creative execution - driving ticket sales, audience growth, and unforgettable brand experiences.
You'll be the guardian of the brand, ensuring that everything they create - from campaign visuals to tone of voice, content, and customer communications - reflects their unique culture and energy. You'll oversee the creative direction of the brand and lead the internal and external creative teams to deliver bold, distinctive campaigns that keep Bongo's Bingo at the forefront of live entertainment.
Driving digital lead generation across all channels is fundamental to success. With significant annual marketing budgets, you'll ensure efficient, data-led investment across paid and organic channels, while unlocking new ways to engage audiences and grow loyalty.
