This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Marketing Operations to work across our 3 holiday parks in Elie, St Andrews and St Monans, and cottages in Lower Largo. Working alongside the management team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the company's Marketing and Branding strategies.
With our parks in excellent locations with fantastic facilities, the right candidate will be able to further develop their career alongside a growing, established business.
As the Head of Marketing Operations, you will be accountable for planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies across various channels with a particular focus on driving revenue to achieve targets for holiday home sales, holidays and secondary spend in the bars, restaurants and cafe.
This is a hands-on role requiring a natural creative flair, strong copywriting skills across diverse media, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail in an ever evolving environment.
Interviews will be taking place between 2nd and 5th of September at Elie Holiday Park.
Digital
Extensive experience of managing content management systems for websites and apps with an appreciation of SEO techniques.
Proficient in crafting engaging content for websites, apps and social channels creating a strong connection to our brand.
Experience of creating a variety of social media posts, including reels and short videos.
Ability to create visually pleasing content using Canva or similar.
Experience of using email marketing software to produce compelling, targeted and timely campaigns.
Experience of updating and maintaining of websites and apps with a distinct focus on the customer journey would be an advantage.
Booking System
Manage the relationship with the web agency and operate as the 'go-to' for all facets of the booking system, including bug fixing and enhancements.
Manage the booking system: pricing, promocodes, content, automated emails etc.
Data
Manage customer databases to create targeted data segments for campaigns whilst adhering to GDPR regulations.
Publications & Promotions
Write content for all external advertising campaigns.
Identify and review suitability of third-party advertising and promotional opportunities, including the management of Google Business Suite and web portals.
Provide clear briefs to external designers and ensure all artwork is on-brand.
