We are hoping to meet a dynamic individual with extensive experience in construction & ideally hard fm to join our team as Head of Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational activities of Maypole Construction & FM, ensuring profitability and performance of the team.
Duties:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations across construction teams and new fm contracts.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis related to operations.
