Head of Operations
Responsibilities
Lead Quality & Manufacturing teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational performance. Own the Quality Management System (QMS), ISO9000 compliance, audits, and inspection processes. Oversee machine build, testing, calibration, and production planning. Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and suppliers to deliver NPIs and ramp up production. Manage MRP/ERP systems for inventory, planning, and efficiency.

Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Proven experience in NPI and scaling production in QMS/ISO9000 environments. Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supplier management. Lean/continuous improvement background (Six Sigma Black Belt desirable). Experience in technically complex equipment manufacturing preferred. Commercial mindset with ability to align operations and financial performance. IMechE or equivalent qualification preferred. Passion for sustainability and green energy.
