Exciting Head of Operations Opportunity - Invisiblebraces4U Number 1 Invisalign Provider in Europe
Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be recruiting for a Head of Operations to join our rapidly expanding business, Invisiblebraces4U (IB4U). This role will report into our Chief Operating Officer, and hold the responsibility of executing the company's operational strategy in alignment with our overall business objectives.
IB4U has a clear mission to make Invisalign accessible to everyone, easy & affordable. The business has scaled quickly and now performs over 2000 cases a year across multiple London clinics; and we'll be expanding into other cities in the coming months.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's ambitious growth objectives
Operational Team Management - Build, lead and motivate a high performing team of operational professionals
Identify and implement processes to improve efficiency, enhance productivity & ensure a smooth & highly-renowned patient journey
Financial management: managing & delivering upon operational budgets, tracking clinic P&L's, creating & leading on improvement plans
Collaboration and communication: effectively communicate with cross functional teams
Partnership management: develop and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders - internal and external
Compliance and risk management - ensure compliance, with relevant regulations, mitigating operational risks and ensuring a safe and ethical work environment
Oversee due diligence, planning, and integration of newly acquired or opened dental clinics
Experience
:
We are looking for a candidate with
5-10+ years of operational leadership experience
, ideally within:
- Multi-site healthcare (dentistry, GP, optical, or veterinary sectors are highly relevant)- High-growth businesses or fast-scaling environments (e.g., PE-backed, franchise, DSO)
Experience in Dentistry is highly advantageous for this position
The successful candidate should be based within the Greater London or nearer surrounding areas, with the ability to travel and work regularly on weekends
Demonstrated success in
scaling operations
, improving efficiencies, and driving profitability
Strong commercial acumen: understanding of driving
P&L's
, budgeting & cost control in healthcare settings
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams toward achieving operational excellence
Ability to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth plans
A strategic thinker with a track record of implementing innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and manage competing priorities
