The Role:

As the Head of People, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization\'s human resources strategy. You will drive our efforts in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring that our team remains at the cutting edge of geostrategic analysis and decision-making. Reporting directly to the senior management team, you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful change and contribute to our mission of providing world-class geostrategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment efforts to identify and hire the best talent globally, including strategists, analysts, researchers, and operations staff.

Culture and Engagement: Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and diversity and inclusion.

Learning and Development: Develop and execute training and development programs to ensure our team has the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and career development.

HR Operations: Oversee and be responsible for all HR functions, including compensation and benefits, HRIS, compliance, Visas & immigration, and employee relations.

Qualifications:

Experience as an HR leader, preferably of an international team.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Degree or qualifications in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
