Job Description

On behalf of the Met Office, we are currently recruiting for a Head of People (Strategic review) (Inside IR35) for a 6 week, hybrid contract in Exeter.



As a Head of People (Strategic review), your main responsibilities will be:



To review whether the existing practices are conducive to the Met Office aim of enabling/ building management capability and creating a more skilled and diverse workforce The effectiveness of processes relating to case-management The integration between People Operations and the wider People & Culture team specifically those partnering the business

Essential:

HR People operations experience Employee relations Strong communicator with a keen eye for detail Ability to produce reports to a senior level

Desirable:

CIPD
