Role Overview
As Head of Production, you will oversee the entire manufacturing and assembly process of our UAV systems, ensuring high-quality output, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with internal teams such as engineering, procurement, and quality assurance and external assembly partners to deliver cutting-edge products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee, schedule and report on outsourced production activities
Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and workflows
Ensure compliance with aerospace and UAV industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to improve production for scalable production
Manage production budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee quality control and assurance across all production stages
Negotiation and management of outsourced assembly partners
Liaise with key internal stakeholders within supply and engineering to plan production
Support product lifecycle management and change control processes
Establishing scalable and sustainable manufacturing
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a senior production or manufacturing role, ideally within aerospace, robotics, UAVs or high-volume general appliances
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality systems
Familiarity with ISO standards and aerospace compliance frameworks
In depth knowledge of ERP systems
Proven track record product DFM improvement and production scaling
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
Desirable
Experience with UAV systems, electronics, or composite materials
Knowledge of CAD/CAM
Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies
Previous use of Odoo ERP and YouTrack
