This role is a new addition to the company, driven by the desire to enhance operational services. It will provide the individual with ample scope to implement their own ideas and strategies to ensure exceptional levels of customer service are achieved. This will be accomplished through the seamless and effective delivery of crucial repairs, maintenance, and support operations.

What We Require from You:

  • A proven track record of successful team leadership in improvement programs
  • Experience in operational service delivery, including resident-facing roles
  • Proficiency in managing and implementing contract and supply chain frameworks
  • Effective management of large service budgets
  • Strong understanding of factors influencing resident experience and the ability to translate insights into action
  • Experience in delivering reports and/or recommendations to senior managers
  • Creative and problem-solving mindset
  • Demonstrable financial acumen to consistently deliver value for money \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient IT skills
