We are looking for someone to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary technical team and provide a comprehensive professional repairs and maintenance service, ensuring Vico Homes complies with our statutory duties.


What you'll be doing





In this role you will lead, develop and deliver the day-to-day responsive repair and maintenance service, voids repairs and associated works for Vico Homes. These services are delivered 24/7/365 days a year for key trades through 7 day week shift patterns and emergency call out service.



In addition to service delivery, you will also be responsible for preparation, management and control of devolved budgets including the daily management of all related assets ensuring effective implementation of procedures.


What we're looking for




A qualification at Level 6 of the Framework for Higher Education Qualification. A diploma in Management Studies Level 7 or a willingness to works towards. IOSH Managing Safely qualification or equivalent or a willingness to work towards. A qualification in Project Management preferably PRINCE 2 or a willingness to work towards. Significant experience, of delivering successful, continuous improvement / change within a diverse workforce environment in the Construction Industry/Repairs and Maintenance field. Experience of project managing high value projects. An understanding of Health and Safety Legislation and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with colleagues, customers, contractor, and other stakeholders.
