Ricoh are currently recruiting for a
Head of Reward and Performance, EMEA
who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Reward Director to develop and implement a comprehensive reward and performance strategy for the region, aligned to the broader HR strategy and in support of Ricoh Europe's business strategy and goals.
The role will support the design and ongoing review of reward and performance principles and frameworks to deliver the strategy, and ensure that these are communicated effectively to stakeholders across the region. The role will lead and oversee the development of reward and performance policies and process aligned to the principles, working closely with regional and OpCo reward and HR teams to ensure consistent implementation and direction of travel and overseeing compliance with European and local regulations.
Outside of this the role will actively lead on key annual reward and performance processes and cyclical activities such as bench-marking and market competitiveness assessment, pay equity analyses and reporting, performance management, and annual pay review and bonus cycle.

What you will be doing
Reward and Performance Strategy
Support the Reward Director in developing and executing the reward and performance strategy.
Lead the development, implementation and ongoing governance of reward and performance principles and core frameworks such as job architecture
Contribute to the design and delivery incentive plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and our performance culture
Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary bench-marking, pay modelling, pay review and governance.
Performance Management Leadership
Design and implement a robust performance management framework that drives a high-performance culture.
Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to embed performance practices across the organisation. Lead the annual performance cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
Benefits and Wellbeing
Oversee the review and optimisation of employee benefits offerings, ensuring relevance and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to enhance wellbeing initiatives.
Governance and Compliance
Ensure reward and performance practices comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements, with a particular focus on ensuring readiness and compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive
Drive consistency in the development and communication of reward and performance policies
Regularly review and optimise regional governance processes
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audit and governance purposes.
Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on reward and performance matters.
Embed reward and performance principles and processes across the region
Communicate complex reward and performance concepts in a clear and engaging manner to diverse audiences.
You will ideally have
Ideally candidates will be educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification, with preference to subjects studied in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferably candidates will have a proven experience in a senior reward role with a track record of successful delivery of reward frameworks, policies and processes. Plus, strategic influence, where you can shape, guide and execute reward and performance strategies, principles and initiatives.
Successful candidates will have experience within a similar role within Reward, including job evaluation and bench-marking approaches, plus a high level of proficiency and skills in communications, stakeholder management and change management.
Ideally you will you be an excellent relationship builder at all levels of the organisation as well as externally. Plus, able to demonstrate strong planning, project management and organisation skills.
Preferably candidates will have a background of experience within HR specifically workingfor a large global organisation or functional business unit. Alongside experience of working in the IT Services sector, with a deep understanding of its trends, challenges, and standards.
Ideally candidates will have experience of working in a matrixed organisation, with proven leadership experience, with a track of leading and inspiring teams to success.
Successful candidates will ideally have proven project management experience, preferably across large-scale HR projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
You ideally will have experience of strategic planning and execution, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and create and embed strategies with measurable success.
Successful candidates preferably will have proven experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure projects are financially viable.
Preferably candidates will have a background in and ability in developing and leading change management initiatives and adapting to evolving environments. Plus a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with HR best practices and trends.
Any previous business transformation experience of significant business transformation across multiple countries would be a distinct advantage.
Candidates with a good working knowledge of HR platforms and proficiency in Excel would be desirable.
