We're looking for a dynamic sales and marketing professional who's just as comfortable in the boardroom as they are on the ground with the team -- someone who's ready to fuel business expansion across all channels and take a thriving brand to the next level.

As the driving force behind our sales and marketing strategy, you'll take ownership of revenue growth, brand impact, and customer engagement -- across retail, foodservice, B2B, export, and beyond.

Your focus will be:



Sales Strategy & Execution -

Develop bold, targeted strategies to meet and exceed growth goals and lead the team through clear and effective goal setting and performance management

Account Management -

manage key strategic commercial relationships to deliver the

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management -

take and shape our brand across all platforms. Deliver compelling production launches, trade promotions and all social channels to drive brand awareness from supermarket shelves to industry press and all our social feeds.

Channel Development & Customer Experience -

work with the newly appointed CCO to identify and penetrate new sales channels, from e-commerce to export.

Team Leadership & Collaboration -

lead, grow, and inspire high-performing sales and marketing teams and collaborate across all internal departments to keep everyone aligned.

Data & Market Intelligence -

Turn data into action with sharp insight into performance, trends, and ROI, with regular reports to the SLT including accurate forecasts and commercial inte.

Pay: 50,000.00-65,000.00 per year
