Kirby Cattle Services has seen fast growth over recent years, providing concrete grooving solutions across the UK & Europe. We are now looking for a committed Sales & Business Growth Manager to help push the business forward and support the next stage of expansion.
This position will suit someone who has experience helping scale a business quickly -- ideally from around 2m turnover toward 20m+ -- and who enjoys building systems, driving sales and developing long-term customer relationships.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working at pace, can think commercially, and wants to play a key role in a growing company.
Role Responsibilities
Develop and deliver sales and growth strategies
Build and manage customer relationships across the UK & Europe
Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
Support process and system improvements as we scale
Having freedom from the Managing Director to implement own ideas on commercial development
Represent the company professionally within the agricultural sector
This is a hands-on role with genuine impact and progression opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Experience helping scale a business rapidly (target 2m > 20m+)
Proven background in sales, business development or commercial management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, SME environment
Agricultural or service-based sector experience is essential
A self-starter with ambition, resilience and drive
What We Offer
Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 DOE
Bonus structure based on performance
Full-time, 40-hour week (Monday-Friday) (occasional weekends when attending shows)
Travel expenses covered
