Head of Sales & Reservations


As Head of Sales and Reservations, you will be an inspirational, highly organised, and detail-oriented leader, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences across all Incipio venues. You will define the annual strategy for our multi-brand operation, set ambitious targets for your team, and drive their performance to achieve outstanding commercial success.


You will actively engage with Incipio's unique culture, championing our people and your team to foster accountability, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.




We Expect You To:




Build and lead a high-performing team focused on maximising sales, delivering unparalleled Incipio hospitality, and securing every booking opportunity.


Ensure consistent and proactive communication from the Sales and Reservations team to all venues, fostering seamless collaboration and clarity at every level.


Collaborate with General Managers to establish clear Sales and Reservations guidelines that all team members consistently follow to promote our services and products effectively.


Adopt a strategic approach in driving the Sales and Reservations team to excel in phone sales and service delivery, optimise booking opportunities, foster guest retention and loyalty as well as ensure the smooth operations of the Sales & Reservations Department.


Instil professionalism throughout the booking process, ensuring every guest interaction reflects exceptional service standards.


Use KPIs and metrics to guide the team, ensuring focus on activities that generate results and drive performance.


Develop and implement reservation procedures aligned with marketing campaigns and initiatives.


Proactively seek out growth opportunities by developing new packages, policies, and proactive sales strategies.


Track and report KPIs and team metrics, providing clear insights and recommendations to the to Operations Director.


Ensuring the accuracy of all menu information and pricing within the booking system across the estate, collaborating closely with the Operations team to ensure set menus and seasonal updates are uploaded promptly and correctly.


Regularly auditing the Reservations System to ensure availability is maximised and accurate


Collaborating closely with the Events Team to identify, develop, and implement strategies that maximise all sales opportunities. This includes setting proactive sales targets, ensuring seamless communication between teams, and leveraging available resources to optimise guest engagement and drive revenue growth.


Manage all invoicing and booking contracts, ensuring our booking and phone systems operate seamlessly in line with HQ and venue schedules.


Conduct market analysis and bring innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance the group's offering and competitiveness
