We're now hiring a

Head of Social Media

- not someone who's just "into content," but someone who owns the entire social ecosystem.

This isn't about filling calendars with average posts. It's about building brands with storytelling, strategy, leadership and real results.

What You'll Do



As

Head of Social Media

, you'll take full ownership of our social strategy and content output across both our own brand and a portfolio of B2C and B2B clients in the trade and interiors space. You'll lead from the front - from strategy and creative direction through to execution, management, reporting and optimisation.

Own and deliver the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and more Lead content planning and oversight of monthly social calendars (with support from team members/creators where needed) Design on-brand social graphics using Canva (or similar tools) Oversee and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, before-and-afters, social ads) Manage paid social campaigns including setup, creative, targeting, testing and reporting Collaborate closely with the strategy and client teams to ensure social content aligns with wider marketing goals Stay ahead of platform shifts and trends - especially in trade, interiors and home improvement Ensure each platform is treated strategically, with tailored content to suit different audiences and objectives Monitor performance and report on key metrics like reach, engagement, conversions and ROI

What We're Looking For



We don't do fluff, hand-holding, or "good enough." You'll be client-facing, accountable, and expected to lead - not just contribute.

Proven experience managing social media for multiple brands or clients Confident in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar) Strong visual skills with Canva or other design software Solid experience planning and managing paid social ad campaigns Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple brands, calendars and priorities A strong communicator (written and verbal), quick thinker, and proactive problem-solver A self-starter with the confidence to own projects and deliver at a high standard

Bonus points if you have:



Experience in trade, interiors or home improvement industries Copywriting skills for captions and ad copy Photography or filming experience Familiarity with SEO and broader digital content strategy
