The Head of Wholesale will play a critical role in scaling our global presence through carefully curated wholesale partnerships, driving revenue growth while protecting and elevating our brand positioning.
This roles will use their existing network of Tier 1 buyers and a proven ability to open key doors across major global markets -- particularly in the UK, US, Europe, and UAE.
Their primary purpose is to drive revenue growth, brand presence, and relationship management across all wholesale channels globally or regionally.
This is a hands-on commercial leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and executional excellence.

The WHAT
Responsible for:
Wholesale Strategy & Leadership
Developing and executing Nadine Merabi's global wholesale strategy in line with business and brand objectives.
Leading Nadine Merabi's entry and expansion across Tier 1 partners in the UK, US, Europe, and UAE.
Leveraging your existing relationships with leading department stores and key retailers to drive rapid access and momentum.
Represent the brand in all wholesale-facing activity with professionalism and a strong sense of brand integrity.
Sales Planning & Execution
Managing the full wholesale sales cycle in collaboration with Merchandising function -- from line planning and sell-in to order management and delivery.
Leading showroom presentations for seasonal collections.
Working cross-functionally with Product, Merch, and Ops to ensure readiness for wholesale timelines and partner needs.
Owning revenue forecasting and performance tracking.
Partner Management
Nurturing long-term relationships with top-tier retail groups and department stores.
Ensuring seasonal and in-season partner support to drive sell-through and protect brand equity.
Aligning with the Marketing Function to support partner activations, storytelling, and co-branded moments.
Operations & Compliance
Coordinating with the Operations Team to ensure on-time fulfilment and seamless logistics.
Owning wholesale commercial terms and compliance (margins, MOQs, return agreements, stock commitments).
Implementing scalable tools and processes to support channel growth.
Accountable for:
Launching and performance of wholesale across UK, US, Europe, and UAE - to plan.
Speed and success of Tier 1 partner acquisition and growth - to budget and timeline.
Delivery of seasonal revenue targets and sell-through benchmarks.
Brand representation and alignment across wholesale channels.
Cross-functional execution and operational readiness - to plan.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The HOW
Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a senior wholesale role within a luxury or premium fashion/apparel brand.
Established relationships with Tier 1 wholesale partners across the UK, US, and Europe.
Demonstrated ability to open and grow key accounts quickly.
Experience leading showroom presentations and seasonal sell-in.
Strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of margin, terms, and forecasting.
Collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach.
Familiarity with wholesale tech platforms (e.g., Joor, NuOrder).
Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness.
Ability to self-manage and organise, given competing deadlines and priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
Excellent communication and presentation skills - both written and verbally.
A flexible approach to working.
Previous experience and as a people manager.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience working with wholesale partners in the UAE/GCC region (e.g., Al Tayer, Chalhoub).
Background in occasionwear or luxury womenswear.
Experience in a founder-led or high-growth business.
Exposure to the Retail environment and systems, ideally involved in Retail store openings, daily operations and store management.
Additional Information:
Willingness to travel internationally for partner meetings, showroom appointments, and market development.
Based in Manchester or London, with regular travel to key markets
