Head of Workplaces - Global Leadership Role

Finastra is a leading global fintech company, helping thousands of organisations transform how they bank, pay, and connect.


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Workplaces, who will develop and oversee the optimisation of our global office portfolio across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.


This leadership role combines operational excellence with global responsibility, ensuring our workplaces enable collaboration, innovation, and sustainability.


The role will have strategic oversight of space utilisation, facilities operations, and workplace experience across our global footprint.

What You'll Do

Define and deliver a global workplace strategy aligned with business goals and hybrid working models. Optimise space utilisation and oversee facilities operations across all sites. Ensure health & safety compliance and operational efficiency alongside a positive employee experience. Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for workplace services. Lead a global team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce energy use, waste, and carbon footprint.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in global facilities/workplace leadership roles, ideally within a multi-site, multinational organisation. Strong understanding of space planning, workplace strategy, and facilities operations. Experience managing health & safety and compliance across diverse geographies. Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and vendor contracts. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
