Your Role

As a
Dental Receptionist & Assistant Practice Manager
, you will be the welcoming face of our practice while taking on additional operational and leadership responsibilities. You'll support both the patient journey and the efficiency of day-to-day practice management.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House
Provide a first-class, personalised patient experience
Manage patient enquiries (in person, by phone, email) with warmth and professionalism
Handle appointment scheduling, payments, invoices, and treatment plan management
Support patients with finance options and ensure seamless progression through their treatment journey
Maintain a polished, organised reception area at all times
Assistant Practice Manager Duties
Support daily operational flow of the practice
Assist with staff coordination, rotas, and general team support
Oversee stock control, supplier coordination, and practice logistics
Support compliance, documentation, and internal processes
Help gather, track and communicate patient feedback to continuously elevate service quality
Essential Requirements

Proven experience in premium/luxury customer service, healthcare, or dental settings
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask calmly and confidently
Excellent communication skills -- written and spoken
Proactive, solution-driven mindset with meticulous attention to detail
Professional, warm and polished presentation
Confident with IT systems (Excel and practice management software)
Preferable Requirements

Previous experience in dental or healthcare environments
University degree or equivalent qualification
Experience supporting operational or managerial duties
