We are seeking a professional and friendly Head Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Support office management with administrative tasks as required.
Utilise Google Suite and QuickBooks for various office functions.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in data entry and clerical work with attention to detail.
Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks is advantageous.
Competence in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy office environment.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office processes.
