Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Receptionist to join our team.
Purpose:
Our Reception Desk is the first point of contact for many of our guests and customers and it is essential that the reception is professional, warm, and friendly. The Head Receptionist will be responsible for the reception desk, reception staff, and the delivery of exceptional standards of customer service.
Key Requirements:
to maintain a high standard of customer service and to meet and greet all guests and customers.
Essential Requirements
An appropriate Level 3 qualification in Hospitality Management or a related subject or qualified by experience.
Must have G.C.S.E English and Maths, grade C or above
guest/customer relations experience, preferably in a hospitality environment
strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office and booking and payment systems
numeracy skills
administrative skills
Full will be provided to successful candidate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 14.50 per hour
