As the brasserie settles into its rhythm, we are looking for an experienced

Head Waiter

to help lead the floor and uphold the standards of service we believe in.

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role on the floor.

As Head Waiter, you are responsible for the rhythm of service. Supporting the team, reading the room, and ensuring every guest feels genuinely looked after. You work closely with management and the kitchen to deliver a smooth, confident, and welcoming experience.

Your role includes:

Leading sections during service and acting as a senior presence on the floor Supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior team members Delivering confident food and wine service, without pretence Maintaining high standards while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and human Anticipating issues before they reach the guest
Who we're looking for

Minimum

3 years' experience

in a quality hospitality environment Proven experience running a section and leading during service Calm, organised, and confident under pressure Strong communication skills and a natural sense of hospitality A genuine interest in food, wine, and service Someone who takes pride in setting standards and developing others
