```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our customers. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy creating delicious and visually appealing sushi, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi station and kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for sushi ingredients as needed
- Train and supervise junior sushi chefs or kitchen staff as required

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Sushi Chef
- In-depth knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation styles
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment effectively
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required
