Head Sushi Chef - New Luxury Pan-Asian Restaurant Opening | Central London | 50,000 per annum
We're hiring an experienced Head Sushi Chef to lead the cold appetizer and suhsi section of London's most anticipated new openings - a high-end, rooftop Pan-Asian restaurant launching this September in Central London with breathtaking skyline views and a buzzing, upscale atmosphere:
- Modern Pan-Asian cuisine, spanning Japanese, Southeast Asian, and East Asian flavours, this restaurant will offer a dynamic fusion of sushi, robata, and open-fire cooking
- Salary of 50,000 per annum
- Top tier kitchen, brand-new equipment, and great chef team
- Team of 30 chefs and up to 200 covers per service
- Rota of 48 hours per week
