Full Time Track Marshals

to join our team.

About the Role

As a Track Marshal, you'll play a key role in the success of our operations. Reporting to the Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer safety at all times Organising and overseeing trackside activity during events Using software to run races and events smoothly Ensuring customers follow safety and facility procedures
This role involves shift work, including evenings and weekends. Applicants must be flexible with shift patterns.

About You

We're looking for someone who can work well under pressure and on their own initiative. The ideal candidate will have:

An outgoing, confident personality Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong customer service ability A good level of computer literacy
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but

full training will be provided
