We're seeking a confident and enthusiastic Head Veterinary Receptionist to lead our wonderful team of Receptionists. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience from a similar background, along with a positive, approachable, and adaptable mindset. This role requires a hands-on leader who leads by example and is committed to spending time each week working directly alongside the team to promote collaboration and excellence.

Your day-to-day

Manage Pet Health Club plans for Whitton & Osterley (if not overseen by the PM) Prepare and update monthly display boards Collaborate closely with the PM/CD to ensure smooth daily operations, including appointment scheduling and adjustments Communicate with the PM regarding any changes impacting clients Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with the PM Handle debtor management (if not delegated to the PM) Manage banking and petty cash processes (if not delegated to the PM)

Your shift pattern

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, across a variety of shifts.
