Head Waiter
, you'll lead by example on the floor, delivering exceptional service while guiding and inspiring your team. You'll understand the rhythm of a busy service, and know how to keep standards high, energy up and guests coming back.We're after someone who:Brings confidence, charm and a genuine love for hospitality Has experience in premium, high-volume restaurants Thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Has an eye for detail and a hands-on attitude Leads from the front, motivates the team and works closely with management.
