We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused
Head Waitress
to lead our front-of-house service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, support, and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff during service.
Train and mentor new and existing staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiency.
Manage table assignments, reservations, and guest seating to ensure optimal floor flow.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining area at all times.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, specials, and restaurant offerings to guide guests.
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in the dining area.
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff coverage as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a waitress, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Speaks both Arabic and English
Customer-first mindset and ability to build strong guest relationships.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
