Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive

PA to the Head

to join our friendly and supportive school community. This is a dynamic and rewarding role at the heart of school life.

As the Head's PA, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Head and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and effective communication across the school. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and events, prepare reports and correspondence, support compliance processes, and act as a key point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head and SLT. Manage complex diaries and schedule meetings and events efficiently. Prepare and proofread reports, correspondence, and presentations. Support compliance, safeguarding, and administrative processes. Ensure effective communication across the school community.

About You



We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced as a PA or in administrative roles (experience in education is an advantage) Highly organised with excellent time management skills A confident communicator, both written and verbal Discreet, proactive, and solutions-focused Strong IT skills (as a school, we use Google Workspace) Flexible, resilient, and able to thrive in a busy environment Warm, approachable, and a strong team player
Above all, you will share our commitment to supporting children's education and wellbeing, and enjoy working in a collaborative, child-centred school community.

You will be employed for 37.5 hours per week, term time only (35 weeks per year).
