At least 2 years' experience in health and social care.
-Level 3 award in education and training or equivalent.
-Instruction experience in first aid, safeguarding adults and children, medication handling and moving and handling.
-Familiar with Access software is ideal however training will be given.

Provide induction training for new carers.

Create and implement new training programs.

Keep records of training and when it was delivered.

Able to travel to training should it be required.

Oversee the department.

Summary
As a Training Manager at UK Phoenix Healthcare, you will lead the development and implementation of training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. This role is integral to ensuring our team delivers the highest standard of care, contributing directly to our mission of empowering individuals.
Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive training programs for staff across various roles.
Evaluate training needs through assessments and feedback to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Utilize tools such as Adobe Captivate to create engaging training materials.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs to enhance employee skills.
Collaborate with HR to integrate training initiatives with overall workforce development strategies.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools such as Workday and Salesforce is preferred.
Experience in using e-learning platforms like Adobe Captivate for training delivery.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop staff through effective training practices.
