We are seeking compassionate and reliable

Health Care Assistants

to join our dedicated home care team in

Windsor (SL4)

. This role involves supporting clients across 5 to 6 local locations, ensuring they receive high-quality, person-centred care within their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support. Support clients with daily living tasks, including hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation. Assist with medication prompts (as required). Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans. Travel between client homes -- mileage paid. Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure safe and effective service delivery. Deliver care with dignity, respect, and professionalism.

Requirements

Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle

-- essential for home care.

-- applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Experience in care is preferred but not essential.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care

(or equivalent training) is highly desirable. A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature. Good communication and organisational skills.
