We are currently recruiting experienced

Health Care Supervisors

to support care homes across various locations. As a Health Care Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while supervising care staff and ensuring compliance with care standards and procedures.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for improving outcomes for residents in residential or nursing care settings.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee and coordinate the delivery of daily care activities within the home Supervise and support care staff, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard Assist with the development and review of care plans Administer medication (if trained) and ensure medication records are accurately maintained Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, escalating concerns appropriately Conduct handovers and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and families Maintain accurate and up-to-date care documentation Support staff training and development where required Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and CQC standards Promote a safe, respectful, and caring environment for all residents and staff

Requirements:



Previous experience in a supervisory or senior care role NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it) Medication administration training and experience (preferred) Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills Good knowledge of care planning, safeguarding, and CQC regulations Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
