About the Role:

As a Health Concierge, you are the face of our luxury Pharmacy, providing a warm welcome and seamless experience for our discerning clientele. You will be responsible for:

Greeting clients with a genuine smile and providing a luxurious first impression. Offering refreshments and assisting with coats and bags, ensuring client comfort. Guiding clients through the Pharmacy, explaining the layout and highlighting key products or services. Possessing a deep knowledge of the Pharmacy's offerings and the surrounding Mayfair area, acting as a knowledgeable resource for clients. ?Efficiently managing appointments for consultations and treatments, ensuring a smooth and timely experience. Maintaining a pristine and inviting atmosphere in the reception area, contributing to the overall luxury experience.

Ideal Candidate:

2+ years of experience in a luxury hospitality or retail environment. ?Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the Mayfair area and its luxury offerings. ?Proactive and resourceful approach to providing exceptional service. Polished and professional demeanour. Bilingual skills (in addition to English) are an advantage.
