This role provides a comprehensive administrative support service to the Head of Health and Safety and compliance team.
Key Duties
What you will need;
Excellent IT skills including experience of computerised office systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
Good organisational and administrative skills, with a logical approach.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and precision with data entry and record keeping
Ability to use initiative and work with limited supervision in a busy environment.
Commitment to customer care in all communications.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
A full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle, as you may be required to occasionally visit schemes or sites to provide H&S admin support.
It would also be good to have;
Previous knowledge and experience of health and safety and associated legislation.
* Experience of working in a H&S administrative role within a housing, construction or similar environment.
