About the Role:

As our Health & Safety Officer, you'll be responsible for ensuring our teams work in a safe, compliant, and positive environment. You'll monitor site safety, conduct risk assessments, deliver training, and work closely with management to keep our people and projects operating at the highest standards.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, takes pride in maintaining best practice, and enjoys being part of a supportive, hard-working team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits Lead on risk assessments, method statements, and incident investigations Ensure compliance with all HSE legislation and company policies Provide health & safety training, advice, and support to staff and contractors Drive continuous improvement and promote a proactive safety culture

What You'll Need:

NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) Strong understanding of UK health & safety legislation Excellent communication and organisational skills Confidence to engage with all levels of the business Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering environment preferred

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am - 2:30pm
