What You'll Do
Lead the reporting & investigation of incidents, near-misses and accidents
Maintain HSQE policies, procedures and documentation
Support internal/external audits and joint inspections
Liaise with client HSQE teams, ensuring SLAs are met
Record and analyse performance metrics to spot trends
Assist in HSQE training rollout and awareness campaigns
Capture meeting minutes, actions and RIDDOR submissions
What You Bring
Proven HSQE admin experience (telecoms or construction sectors ideal)
IOSH Managing Safely (minimum) or NEBOSH qualification (desirable)
Strong HSE regulations and best-practice knowledge including ISO systems
Exceptional organisational, communication & analytical skills
MS Office prowess
A collaborative mindset, ability to work independently and part of a team
